Haley Noonan

Haley Noonan, PsyD  is a Postdoctoral Fellow at Oldenburg Psychological and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. She earned her doctorate in School Psychology from Duquesne University. Prior to joining the practice, Dr. Noonan served for 8 years as a school psychologist in public school settings, focusing on comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for children and adolescents. She worked closely with school teams and families while implementing evidence-based interventions. Through this work, she built strong expertise in assessments, interpreting data, and offering practical recommendations to support children and their families.

With OPS, she is now extending these skills into her work with adults as well.   In her personal life, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters.
